national, state and local codes. |

license of the electrical engineer or submit plans to the Authority
having jurisdiction for approval. |

specifications. |

We will prepare notice to bidders. |

We will prepare Instructions. |

You may have a selected, approved list of bidders or
you may put the specifications out for general bidding. |

We will review the bids for specification compliance. |
| |

| 8. |
We will determine the low bidder competency. |
| |

| 9. |
We will be available for questions. |
| |
|
| 10. |
We will act as clerk of the works. |
| |
|
| 11. |
We will witness system certification. |
| |
|
| 12. |
We will require proper closeout prior to request for
payment from the contractor. |
